LIVING STONES CHRONICLER
For the last two weeks you may have been reading our same article about coming close to God and asking Him the question we posed to you,”How do we know what our mission to further God’s Kingdom is?” Today’s Gospel reading, Mark 1: 29-39, speaks of the very busy life of our savior Jesus. It begins with Jesus leaving the synagogue, probably several hours of reading and than attending to Simon Peter’s mother-in-law who was sick with a fever. As evening fell, many people were brought to him for healing, “The whole town gathered at His door.” Rising, very early before dawn, He went off to pray. Peter finding him said, “Everyone is looking for you”, so He went to them preaching and driving out demons. Jesus’ pray to His Father may have been seeking what His duties as a faithful son are for this new day.
God does have a plan for our days, “Seek and ye shall find, Knock and the door shall be opened unto you, pray and your prayers will be answered”.
God luv ya & we luv ya too.
